Endowments and Planned Giving

The Pasco Education Foundation, through generous donations from local families and organizations, has set up several endowed accounts to fund scholarships and grants in perpetuity. These accounts are established as investments and the interest is used to fund the scholarships, grants, or programs as the donor has directed.

To date, the Foundation has established the following endowments totaling $635,113.90:

• The James M. Marlowe Memorial Endowment ($95,182.10)
• The Ashley Morrison Memorial Endowment ($11,115.44)
• The St. Petersburg Times Foundation Programs Endowment ($45,000.00)
• The Amy Josephine Sumner Memorial Endowment ($5,000.00)
• The Greta Adams Future Teacher Endowment ($40,712.50)
• The Walter B. & Ruth E. Krysher Eminent Educator Endowment ($129,127.32)
• The Citizen Association of New Port Richey, Inc. Endowment ($8,000.00)
• The Aaron William Guynn Memorial Endowment ($10,000.00)
• The Johnnie Clower Memorial Endowment ($10,000.00)
• The A P Archer Endowment ($265,976.54)
• The Sister Helen McCarthy, S.P. Endowment ($5,000.00)
• The J E Priest Memorial Endowment ($10,000.00)

Planned Giving

Our newest avenue for contributing to the foundation includes the area of Planned Giving which provides the donor an opportunity to "Leave a Legacy" to the students and employees of the school system. 

The Foundation will work with you to specially tailor an endowment or charitable trust to fund an existing program or one to be developed as a result of the donation.
